Yeah I'm sure the only time Rowan Atkison is in their is the intro/outro/in-between segments. And I bet they pre-recorded loads of mouth-sounds and other ""utterances" and stick them in where appropriate.

I mean, what person will watch some fake Rowan Atkinson hands do random things while some old green screen clips of the real legend show up every few minutes?
